  • Due to the high cost of electricity on the island, we provide 20 kWh per night for TuKas 1 and 10 kWh per night for TuKas 2 to cover your basic needs during your stay. This allowance includes approximately 8 hours of AC usage at night. Any additional consumption will be charged separately. To ensure accuracy, we will take a photo of the electricity meter at both check-in and check-out.


  • Cleaning is included every week with a minimum stay of 7 days.
  • For Direct Bookings, a damage deposit of USD 350 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
  • We suggest reading the  house rules  before requesting a reservation so that you are fully informed
