HOUSE RULES

• No Smoking allowed, Includes vaping, e‑cigarettes. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
  
  
• No parties or events allowed.
  
  
• No pets allowed.
  
  
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum capacity is 4 guests for TuKas 1 and 2 guests for TuKas 2.

• Please respect the check-in time (3 PM or later) and check-out time (12 noon or earlier).
  
  
• No wet towels on the Bed and sofa bed, please.
  
  
• Please take care of the furnishings. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
  
  
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
  
  
• Please turn off the air conditioning,  lights and any electronics when you go out. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
  
  
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  

• Bathing suit is required to use the pool and the outdoor shower.

• Shower before entering the pool.

• Please, use pool-friendly sunscreens that contain zinc oxide and are labeled as “reef friendly.”

• Please respect the noise curfew from 11 PM to 8 AM.

• No illegal substances allowed on the premises

• Please do your dishes before checkout.

• Please take the trash out before you leave and place it inside the green container in front of the property. Look for the one with the Tukas sticker, which identifies our container. Thank you!

• You will find on arrival a neat and clean place and we expect you to leave it as tidy as possible at your departure. It does not need to be cleaned to perfection, but neat.
